Nieslanik began dancing as a young girl and turned that passion into her career.

“I always loved performing from a young age. Dance gave me a way to express emotions I couldn’t always put into words,” she told The 702. “I trained seriously growing up, eventually turning my passion into a full time career. Since I started my career, I’ve performed in various shows in Las Vegas before booking my dream job – “FANTASY.”

She joined the cast of “FANTASY” a few years ago when they were holding an open audition. Because of her strong background in dance, she felt this was a “dream come true.”

“The show has such a respected reputation and being part of it felt like the perfect next step in my career,” she shared. “I have loved every minute of it.”

While it may be hard to pick just one favorite number in the show, she said she loves any number where she gets to “channel a powerful, glamorous energy” in a stunning costume.

“It’s so much fun to be the only one on stage and know all eyes are on you,” she added.

Dancing In ‘FANTASY’ Is ‘Pure Adrenaline And Excitement’

A typical performance day for Nieslanik is all about “staying active, hydrating, prepping hair and makeup, warming up properly, and getting into character for the evening.”

“When showtime hits, it’s pure adrenaline and excitement from start to finish,” she said. “People might not realize how hard dancers work here. The glamour you see on stage comes with years of training, maintaining fitness and managing injuries. It’s a physically and mentally demanding career, but absolutely worth it.”

Being a part of such an amazing Vegas production means being part of a “community of performers.”

“There’s a real sense of pride in being part of the entertainment legacy here,” she explained. “Plus, there’s nothing like hearing the excitement of a live audience every night.”

When she’s not performing, she enjoys exploring some of the many hidden gems around Las Vegas and spending time with her family.

As for advice for new dancers dreaming of one day performing in Las Vegas, she said, “Stay dedicated, take care of your body and be professional.”

She added, “Vegas is full of opportunities, but it’s important to be consistent, reliable, and ready when opportunity knocks. Also, enjoy the journey. Every experience builds toward your dream.”
