Meet Mandy Haiker of “FANTASY.”
A dynamic and versatile performer, Mandy has built an impressive career on the Las Vegas Strip through her powerful stage presence and diverse dance background.
With a strong foundation in both dance and aerial performance, Mandy brings athleticism, artistry, and undeniable energy to every performance, making her a standout talent in Las Vegas entertainment. She shared some of her dance journey with The 702 Vegas – how it all began to where she hopes it takes her.
Mandy Haiker’s Early Days Of Dance

Mandy found her love of dance at the age of 14 when she realized it was a great way for her to communicate without saying a word. It didn’t take long for her to fully embrace that this was her destiny.
“I decided dance would be my career at the age of 15,” she told The 702. “I took an incredible class that inspired that decision.”
When thinking about the memories from the early days of her dance journey, one that sticks out for her is her “early love of choreographing.”
“I would stay late or get to the studio early, always working on choreography because I loved creating,” she shared.
Before Hitting The Stage In ‘FANTASY’

Before joining “FANTASY,” she captivated audiences as the lead aerialist and dancer in “WOW! The Vegas Spectacular” and showcased her talent across four productions with Step One Dance Company, including “Musicology,” “Humanity,” “In Tandem,” and “Off The Charts.”
She said that she’s learned many lessons along the way thanks to dance.
“Dance has taught me many valuable lessons but the one I am most grateful for would be to never stop pushing yourself even when people tell you that you will n ever achieve it,” she said. “It has given me more drive than anything else ever could.”
One message she has for her “fellow artists” is a reminder – “You have nothing to prove and everything to share.”
Being Part Of ‘FANTASY’ At Luxor

Mandy has been part of “FANTASY” for almost three years and said her first show was a “rush of excitement and concentration.”
“The best part of being in ‘FANTASY’ for me would be that we get to share our joy of dance with so many people that come from all around the globe,” she shared.
She also shared a little known fact that many might not realize about being a professional dancer in Las Vegas.
“A fun fact about being a dancer in Vegas would be that most of us avoid the Strip when we can,” she said. “I love to spend my time in the mountains away from the hustle of the city.”
For Mandy, the hardest part of being a professional showgirl is avoiding “complacency.”
“It is easy to get stuck in what you have without building your tool box of skills and knowledge,” she told The 702. “I wish people knew, at least in my case, that the glam is a persona I embody to entertain and not an accurate representation of my own personality. I am a simple creature that has no interest in makeup, sparkles, and heels, until I turn it on for my audience. And I LOVE turning it on for my audience.”
Enjoying Vegas When Not On Stage

When she’s not entertaining a full audience at “FANTASY,” she enjoys getting out into nature, knitting, and taking road trips with her fiancé.
As for what the future holds for Mandy, she said they are “simple.”
“My goals for the future are simple – dance until I can’t while building my choreography portfolio to transition into being a choreographer.”
