Foodies can look forward to many of Gymkhana’s renowned signature dishes – including tandoor-grilled specialties, regional curries, fragrant biryanis, and chaat-style sharing plates. The new Las Vegas location will also include some exclusive creations that were crafted specially for the restaurant’s stateside debut.
Complementing the menu, the bar will showcase Indian-inspired cocktails expertly crafted with premium spirits and ingredients to suit every cocktail-enthusiast’s palate.

Gymkhama is founded by siblings Jyotin, Karam, and Sunaina Sethi of JKS Restaurants. The original Gymkhana is located in London and is one of the city’s most in-demand restaurants.
Drawing inspiration from the diverse culinary traditions of India, Gymkhana is celebrated for its bold flavors and intricately layered spices that honor time-honored recipes. The restaurant’s design and atmosphere are influenced by India’s private clubs, elegant gathering places where society comes together to dine, drink, and celebrate, and is now reimagined with the vibrant energy of Las Vegas.

“It is our pleasure to announce the debut of @GymkhanaLasVegas, opening at @arialv in Las Vegas on December 3rd. The menu will feature signature dishes from @GymkhanaLondon alongside a selection of new dishes and cocktails exclusive to Las Vegas. All will be served with the distinctive Indian hospitality that has made our London restaurant so renowned,” the IG caption reads.
Located near ARIA’s lobby, adjacent to CATCH, Gymkhana will feature seating in the bar, lounge, and main dining room, offering guests a refined yet lively dining experience. Large groups and private dining requests can be accommodated by contacting ARIA Concierge.
