Netflix BITES, the immersive restaurant experience at MGM Grand Las Vegas that brought dishes inspired by hit Netflix shows and movies to the Strip, will be closing at the end of its planned one‑year residency on Jan. 4, 2026.
The themed dining concept, which opened in early 2025 and featured menu items tied to popular TV series like “Stranger Things,” “Bridgerton,” “Squid Game,” and others, is making way for the return of the resort’s longtime Avenue Café, set to reopen in the space on Jan. 12, 2026. The closure marks the end of the Netflix‑branded takeover as MGM reshapes its food and beverage offerings following the restaurant’s scripted 12‑month run.
Netflix Bites At MGM Grand Is Set To Close On January 4, 2026

Time is almost up to enjoy some Netflix-inspired dishes in Las Vegas.
Netflix BITES is about to end its one-year residency at MGM Grand on Sunday, Jan. 4, 2026, so now’s the time to head over for some TV inspired excitement before it’s too late. (Check out the menu here.)
Taking its spot – Avenue Café, a beloved breakfast and lunch spot at MGM Grand will return in the coveted Netflix BITES space with an opening date of Monday, Jan. 12, 2026.
For Netflix fans who can’t get enough of the experience and crave more, they’ll have to do some traveling to get to one of the other Netflix BITES locations – Philadelphia or Dallas.
Other Dining Options Available At MGM Grand

No one goes hungry at MGM Grand! There are plenty of great restaurants to enjoy.
If you’re in the mood for sushi or authentic Japanese cuisine that is more than just food, but also a total experience, Morimoto is the place to go. According to MGM Grand’s website, “The contemporary Japanese design of Morimoto Las Vegas combines delicate Japanese beauty and elegance, with exotic photographs by Yasumichi Morita, to create a stunning restaurant with a signature Morimoto touch.”
Diners who are looking for some American classics such as steak, seafood, pizza, and pasta should head over to CRUSH American Grill. Created by Michael Morton, CRUSH offers a menu filled with delicious American dishes in a setting that offers an unforgettable experience.

Wolfgang Puck Bar & Grill is a great spot for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. According to the website, “Puck’s Bar & Grill serves up his signature comfort food favorites like wood-fired pizzas, choice cuts from the grill and a small bites menu that’s as delicious as it is expansive.”
TAP Sports Bar offers great food and drinks, and 60 HD flat screen TVs to keep up with all the live sports action while surrounded by sports memorabilia from some of the greatest in history.
In addition to all the great above options, there’s also Emeril’s New Orleans Fish House, Tom Colicchio’s Craftsteak, Luchini Italian Restaurant, Hakassan Restaurant, Grand Wok Noodle Bar and many others, including a food court for a quick bite on the run.
