“The FRIENDS Experience” recently opened its doors for diehard fans at The District at MGM Grand. Dubbed, “The One in Vegas,” this immersive attraction brings the popular hit TV show to life with incredibly realistic sets, props, and scenes, perfect for fun reenactments and photos.

Step into Central Perk, pivot on the steps, sit in front of the fountain on the couch made famous in the opening credits of the show, search around the girls’ and boys’ apartments, and much more!

Perfect for longtime fans and people who were more recently introduced to the phenomenon we all know as “FRIENDS,” the nostalgia awaits in ways you might not even see coming. And for those diehard fans, you’ll notice a few Vegas-scene recreations at “The One in Vegas” that you won’t see at traveling “FRIENDS” experiences in other cities.

If you’ve ever had the desire to step onto the set of “FRIENDS,” this is the perfect way to soothe that desire in the best way possible.

From the moment you go down the escalator and wait for your turn to enter the experience, you’ll feel like you’ve been catapulted right into NYC to hang out with some “FRIENDS.”

Each room is a different recognizable scene with iconic props that offers unique photo opportunities.

“We never could have imagined the global impact ‘FRIENDS’ would have after all these years and, while New York was home, Las Vegas holds a special place. It’s where the cast first bonded and where the characters made some unforgettable choices.”

The West Coast Flagship Location Has Special Vegas-Themed Sets

The Las Vegas location has a few unique features that fans won’t find at any other “FRIENDS” experience.

One Vegas-exclusive set is the wedding chapel scene, inspired by Ross and Rachel’s night on the Strip. Fans can pose or even propose to their special someone (with no permanent marker mustaches required).

Another Vegas-exclusive is a replica of Joey’s iconic gladiator costume from the Vegas episodes.

And then there’s all the fun you might imagine would be included – Rachel and Monica’s apartment, Joey and Chandler’s apartment, the fountain and signature orange couch from the opening credits, Central Perk, Phoebe’s Taxi, the iconic turkey head, Rachel’s 18-page letter (front and back), and the infamous “PIVOT!” scene.

The 702 Recently Checked Out ‘The FRIENDS Experience’

The 702 had the opportunity to check out the newest addition to The District at MGM Grand when they first opened to the public.

Being an avid watcher of “FRIENDS” back in the day, the sets immediately brought out some seriously nostalgic feelings. This is an experience that’s fun to do alone, but more fun with friends. With so many amazing photo opportunities, it’s really a choose-your-own type of adventure, and a nice change of scenery from the rest of your day exploring and enjoying all that Sin City has to offer.

And with so many friendly and helpful employees in each room of the experience, there’s always someone nearby who’s willing to share some inside “FRIENDS” info or to help you take the perfect photo.

‘The FRIENDS Experience’ Is Open And Ready For Your Visit

“The FRIENDS Experience” is located in The District at MGM Grand, adjacent to the Grand Garden Arena.

All ages are welcome, but guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult who is at least 18 years old. Children 3 and under don’t require a ticket with a parent or guardian.

Open daily from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m., the last entry of each day is at 7 p.m., giving plenty of opportunities for visitors and locals alike to experience the fun.

Tickets start at $39 per person and are available online. There’s also a “FRIENDS” themed retail store that both ticketed and non-ticketed visitors can browse and purchase their favorite nostalgic items.

In celebration of the grand opening, guests can also enjoy a limited-time “FRIENDS” inspired lobby display until August 5, for an added photo bonus.
