The iconic “Crazy Girls” statue, featuring the famously sculpted backsides of seven dancers from the legendary Las Vegas revue, has made a bold return in a new home!

Now on display at Circa Resort & Casino in downtown Las Vegas, the beloved bronze sculpture has found a new permanent home near the first-floor elevator entrance to Circa’s rooftop hotspot, Legacy Club.

It’s a cheeky blast from the past for all to reminisce about a show that is missed by many.

Last week, the “Crazy Girls” statue had a cheeky return to the spotlight when it was moved to its new home downtown at Circa Resort & Casino.

CEO of Circa Resort & Casino, Derek Stevens, remembers trips to Vegas and seeing the “Crazy Girls” statue.

“Some of my most memorable trips to Las Vegas started with giving the ‘Crazy Girls’ statue a visit for a little extra luck. It has become a historic piece of Las Vegas entertainment history, and we wanted to find a way to preserve it for generations to come,” he said.

“Circa has always strove to honor Las Vegas’ past while celebrating its present, and now our guests can experience the magic and energy of the ‘Crazy Girls’ firsthand.”

The statue was created in 1997 by Santa Fe, NM artist Michael Conine, to celebrate the show’s 10th anniversary. It’s been reported that it cost $325,000 when it was created, and is worth nearly $700,000 today.

The statue, originally inspired by the show’s “No Ifs, Ands or…” poster, first stood outside of the Riviera Hotel Las Vegas in 1997. When the Riviera closed in 2015, it was moved to Planet Hollywood before moving in 2021 to storage.

The iconic statue’s comeback to move to the new home at Circa happened in a legendary way only Las Vegas can do – a ride down the world-famous Las Vegas strip escorted by a stretch limo filled with former “Crazy Girls” performers. The statue rode in style for all to see on a flatbed truck, beginning the journey at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas sign on the south end of the Strip. The trip went past it’s old home, the former Riviera site, and eventually arrived at Circa’s parking structure, Garage Mahal, where it was greeted by an exciting welcome celebration.

The statue was placed in its new home, at the elevator entrance to Legacy Club, so guests can see it when visiting Circa.

‘Crazy Girls’ Ran For More Than 30 Years

“Crazy Girls” was one of Sin City’s most iconic topless revues. It had a good run – more than 30 years – debuting at the Riviera Hotel & Casino in 1987. With its bold choreography, beautiful dancers, and of course, cheeky attitude, the show was a well known staple in Vegas.

Anyone who’s ever seen the show knew all about the bronze statue of seven dancers and their famously sculpted cheeks out for all to admire. To say it quickly became a pop culture icon in Vegas would be an understatement. And now the legacy can continue to live on at Circa after being out of sight for so many years.
